Video to come | Squat JumpStand with feet shoulder width apart and lower yourself into a squat whilst raising your arms straight out in front of you.Click here to see how to do a squat Push down through your heels and drive your hips forward to jump as high as you can, dropping your arms to your sides to keep a straight back in the air. A you land bend the knees to avoid jarring your back and lower into another squat. You should land on your toes and shift your weight onto your heels as you go down into the squat.
