12 Days of Fitness: Day 5

Here’s todays challenge. Nice easy one as you’ll need to regroup at this stage as the challenge progesses. Remember, it’s less about the actual numbers and more about consistency, and good form. On the fifth day of Christmas, my PT gave to me*
1min of jogging on the spot
1min of crunches
1min of squats
1min of tricep dips
and a plank for as long as you can

*Remember you should always take advice from your Doctor before embarking on any new physical activity. You should also make sure you are fully warmed up before starting the challenges. You acknowledge that you undertake any challenges entirely at your own risk.
