12 Days of Fitness: Day 1

A little challenge to keep you focussed on the leadup to Christmas*

Each day I will add an extra element to the work out. Exercises only count if done with good form, we don’t want anyone injuring themselves for the sake of one more rep.

On the first day of Christmas your PT gives to you….

A plank for as long as you can. (Shoulders over elbows, abs tight, head still, don’t hold breath)
