Congratulations to all who’ve made it thus far. Many started, few are left! There’s only 6 days to go! Remember, it is less about the numbers, and more about completing the task. If you see a drop off in reps from day to day, remember that muscles will be tired. Hopefully it will help form a habit to do a little each day.
