12 Days of Fitness: Day 3

Great work again yesterday everyone, some people even improving on their plank times. Please Post your times here or on the facebook post as they are getting lost on twitter!

On the third day of Christmas, my PT gave to me*
1min of squats
1min of tricep dips
and a plank for as long as you can

Squat need only be bodyweight, more if you want to!
How to perform a squat perfectly

*Remember you should always take advice from your Doctor before embarking on any new physical activity. You should also make sure you are fully warmed up before starting the challenges. You acknowledge that you undertake any challenges entirely at your own risk.
