Treadmill Intervals again

High Intensity Intervals again, alternating 1min intervals of 10mph & 6mph for 20mins, with warm up and cool down as well. Kept the recovery speed up for the duration today, last interval was an absolute killer. Now have 30mins rest before run with client. Looks like 4-5 miles tonight with the club tonight as well.

Big well done to all at circuits last night as well, the progress everyone has made is amazing – keep up the good work!
