Tonights class. We did the following routine twice.
A:) 8 mins to complete as many cycles as possible of:
15 Press ups (Full or modified)
15 Squats (Bodyweight)
15 Bicycle Crunches
15 Star Jumps
B:) 8 mins to complete as many cycles as possible of:
15 Bicep Curls (Resistance Tubes)
15 Lunges (Body Weight)
15 Squat Jumps
5 complete circuits of each routine for me so 150 of each exercise in 36 mins including rest.
