Chest/Tri session followed by Treadmill Intervals

Incline DB press 10×3
DB Pullover 10×3
Flye 10×3
Press ups to failure, after the above it was only 6,6,4!

Tri Push Down 10×3
Tri Kickbacks 10×3
Tri dips off bench to failure, 8,8,7

Then intervals on treadmill, warm up then 10 sets of 1min @ 5mph, 1min @ 8.6mph – Total run 2.8m in 27mins

Running club tonight, general run for me I think.
