Standalone 10k pacing practice

This Sunday I will be pacing a group to 60mins round the Standalone 10k. Last night was a practice run to get the feel for the pace. As you can see I ran it all a little too fast finishing in 55 minutes. I ran the first half slightly faster than normal as in reality I shall aim for 58mins to allow for timing inaccuracies and for a bit of breathing space but then struggled to keep the pace down on the return 3 miles which were all downhill with a following wind. Another practice tomorrow am I think.
