I am entered. It will be a big challenge but one I am looking forward to. I have now run 13miles comfortably twice this year and gym work is now stepping up a gear, particularly focusing on Quads and Hamstrings as well as maintaining core strength.

I will not be aiming for a time, just to complete the course as I have never run anything like this before.

About Pete

I am a Personal Trainer working in the Letchworth, Baldock, Hitchin, Stotfold and Biggleswade area who has been running for 4 years. I strongly believe that everyone can run, but many of us don't know how to start. Running Clubs, like any other new experience can be daunting so I am dedicated to making everyone feel welcome, regardless of ability.
