Increased loads on the leg session

Went to Letchworth gym for a leg session as I had done a lot of arm work yesterday. As a personal trainer I have to make sure I push myself as hard as I would push a client as it gives me a great idea of the time needed to do each session.

Squat machine – 30kg x10
Single leg curls on swiss ball x10
Repeated the above 3 times increasing the squat weight to 35kg, then 40kg.

Lunges with 12kg dumbbells x10 each side
Leg Extensions – 35kg x 10, 40kg x 10
Leg Curls – 27.5kg x 10, 30kg x 10

Leg Abductor – 45kg x 10, 50kg x 10
Leg Adductor – 40kg x 10, 50kg x 10

Leg Press – 60kg x10, 70kg x 10, 80kg x 8, 90kg x 9, 10kg x 6, 110kg x 6, 120kg x 5

Then finished with a quick abs session including side extensions now holding a 3kg weight.
