Arms and Abs at gym

Letchworth gym again. Focussed on biceps and triceps today. Alternating exercises between the two. Curls, kickbacks, hammer curls, overhead press – 10 reps each, 8kg. Eccentric curls x 10 – 14kg. Ab curls with cable tricep press x10 with 10kg.

Did this routine twice, then added 20 tricep dips and 20 cable bar pull downs on 35kg. Followed by 60 crunches in various forms, and 10 double leg raises.

Also back and side extensions.
